Ransburg is a pioneer in the field of liquid electrostatic spraying equipment. Its parent company is the ITW Group of the United States, and its main factories are located in the United States, Japan and Germany.
The company's goal is to provide users with high-quality products and solve problems for users with excellent methods based on more than 100 years of experience. Looking back on the history of spraying and electrostatic spraying processes, people should not forget their founders, Dr. Allen Devilbiss and Mr. Harold Ransburg. The prototype of the air spray gun In 1888, Dr. Allen Devilbiss invented the medical atomizer. In 1907, his son used atomization spraying technology in the field of paint coating. Today, all kinds of liquid spray guns we use are developed from this. In 1936, Mr. Harold Ransburg devoted himself to the research of electrostatic paint spraying technology. In 1941, he invented the world's first electrostatic paint spraying system and won the first place in the United States. In 1948, he registered a new company under his own name - Ransburg Electrostatic Systems, specializing in the development and manufacture of electrostatic spraying equipment. Subsequently, he invented high-speed rotary atomization and air atomization electrostatic spraying equipment.
With the globalization of the economy, adhering to the people-oriented product design concept, Japan Ransburg Company was established in 1963 to design and develop coating systems with excellent performance suitable for Oriental people. The main sales areas are East Asia and Southeast Asia. Japan Ransburg Company currently has four product departments.
1) Ransburg Div, responsible for the research and development and production of liquid electrostatic spraying equipment.
2) Binks & Devilbiss Div, responsible for the research and development and production of liquid non-electrostatic spraying equipment.
3) Gema Div: responsible for the research and development and production of powder electrostatic spraying equipment.
4) Automotive Div, responsible for the research and development of automotive spraying equipment.
Ransburg has been leading the development of liquid electrostatic spraying technology, and the excellent performance of its equipment has been recognized by peers and users around the world. Now Ransburg equipment occupies more than 50% of the global market share, and its products are successfully used in automobiles, motorcycles, bicycles, building materials, home appliances, furniture and other industries. Facing the challenges of the rapid development of the coatings industry and increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements, Ransburg has successively developed new equipment such as high-solid electrostatic spraying systems, water-based paint electrostatic spraying systems, and inorganic paint electrostatic spraying to meet the needs of various industrial coatings.
